4. Deployment configuration steps

4.1 Enable Security on the Deployment Manager

Next we need to add the LDAP repository to your Configuration...

 Login to your WAS admin console -> https://dm&ihs.spnego.company.com:9043/ibm/console (use wasadmin user and

password).

Enable the following General Settings:

 Select: Security -> Global security.

 Ensure the Enable administrative security and Enable application security are selected.

 Under User account repository ensure Available realm definitions is set to Federated repositories

 Select Apply and Save.


